Here at My World Estates we have a large tenant database with the West Midlands and West Bromwich, filled with potential tenants waiting for a range of different properties. Whether you're looking for help with finding the right tenancy or you need a professional estate agent to manage your properties, we're always ready to help.

Our team is able to properly prepare and present your property, ensuring it's in a good condition and all inventory is accounted for. This also includes the paperwork, with My World able to complete reference checks, electrical safety checks, gas safety checks and smoke alarm testing.

Full Management (includes rent collection & administration) = 2 weeks rent + 8% or 10%

Letting Fees (Let Only) = 3 weeks rent (min £350)

Service of Section/21 Notice = £35

Accommodation Letter = £25

Inventory Check = £75

Rent Reminders = £15 per letter

Credit/Reference Checks = £75 per applicant

Call out charges (Maintenance related - within working hours only) = £30 within 5 miles

Call out charges (Maintenance related - without working hours only) = £30 within 5 miles

Room only (Landlord Fees) = 2 weeks
